Apple's mailing lists are not the correct venue for reporting problems. You should file a bug via bugreporter.apple.com.

be quite sad with the position that Apple has chosen to adopt.

You are assuming that somehow Apple is intentionally making it impossible for you to subscribe to a mailing list, in order to prevent you submitting bug information?
