Platform is 10.4.x and up. Currently using 10.4.11 and XCode 2.4.1.
The best way I've found to find out what's in SystemConfiguration, as
it's layout is <cough>not very well documented</cough> is to explore
it using:
scutil
With this tool, you can see the layout of all the dictionaries, what's
in them, and figure out how they are linked together.
