Starting with Mac OS X 10.4.11, the Kernel Debug Kits are also being
hosted on the ADC member site:
<http://connect.apple.com>
Going forward, I'd check the ADC member site first, since new kits
will have to be hosted there before the linking pages are updated.
It looks like the 10.4.11 Kernel Debug Kits are missing only from the
SDK page. I've passed that info along to the owner of that page.
Unfortunately, the top most visible link is the developer.apple.com/sdk
(from the developer.apple.com home page). That's why I didn't see it.
