UpdateSystemActivity() is seriously p***ing me off. Bloody iTunes
uses it all of the time and it totally freaks out my AntiRSI

Since reading joystick input from the IOKit doesn't seem to prevent
the screensaver and when it activates (even though my app has captured
the display and is rendering into a full-screen OGL context), it
causes a massive hiccup in the frame rate inevitably leading to a
"miss" (losing points in the game), how do you recommend this be done
in 10.3.9 and higher?
