Hi,
I am debugging a usb driver. When i load my driver and make system to sleep mode, unable to get back to wake up state. when the keyboard and mouse is pressed after the sleep state, the system come up with beep sound and
processer fan gets on but unable to get the screen. so as such, im unable to see the prints of the usb prober after restart to what is happening and debug. I guess i have issue with my driver.
To get the prints I could able to make two machine debug setup, but unable to get the prints of the target(developement machine) machine to the host(gdb machine to see prints).
In host side, in gdb i need to set a breakpoint of IOUSBFamily..? as I took symbol files of IOUSBFamily from IOKitDebutKit files with command CreateSymbolFiles and added to the gdb. after adding i checked the command > list
< it say.. symbols not loaded.. what should i do to load the symbol files, set breakpoints and get the prints of the target(developement machine).... please help me...
