Thanks for the information.Is it the gdb-962 or gdbforcw-6 you are referring to ? Former one some problem is there.Not able to unzip it.

It's included in Apple's gdb source code package. You can get the latest version from http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/DevToolsOct2008/
