In general, yes, but there’s an easier way for this particular term if
you actually use a Mac. Apple Menu > “Mac OS X Software…”. And, if you
need more proof, you can always select “About this Mac” which presents
the name of the OS in big letters beneath the shiny Apple logo ;)
