PS All this of course demonstrates the inherent silliness of people arguing about whether some system is 32 bit or 64 bit!



Asking questions is good. Its the silly debates about the meaning of '64 bit system' which are a waste of time.


One could run a full 64 bit app with a GUI on MacOS 10.4 Tiger if you were prepared to use X11 and build your own 64 bit X11 libraries.
