Snow Leopard is announced but not released, and so is still under NDA

You didn’t miss a post. Apple will be shipping it and selling it in-store from Friday. Until then, even if the current seed is the GM release, it's still under NDA.

Moreover, anything relating to previous seeds will continue to be
covered by the NDA even once Snow Leopard is public (because those
previous seeds won’t themselves be public).

...and -- in case there was any confusion -- passing along publicly available information on the open internet from sources proven relatively reliable in the past is perfectly acceptable. Of course the information isn't sanctioned by Apple and may or may not be accurate; just trying to point the original poster to a helpful answer to his question in the absence of any official information.
