Font Rendering Kexts

Hi people,

I've had a problem on Snow Leopard which seems to occur on every MacBook I upgrade to SL.
The installation process fails at some kexts and the font rendering for Persian language is bogus, There are | lines instead of non-breaking spaces in words!

I assumed Snow Leopard added the functionality to render Windows True Type fonts out of the box,

Please guide me in the correct path to figure this out more specifically.
