Did you try clicking on the "check and install now" button in Xcode's
documentation preference pane (if you're using Snow Leopard) or
clicking on the action button in the documentation window (if you're
using Leopard)?
Also, IANTM, but I know this is OT for this group, and next time, you
should probably ask in the xcode-users group instead.
