Precisely, in the meanwhile, I've downloaded and built GDB 7.2 from
FSF with success!
"catch exception" is working well and it is really useful.
If you are interested in Ada, I'll post some details on
www.macada.org list.

Else GDB coming with XCode doesn't issue this warning, but it isn't
Ada aware ;-(

There are several people from AdaCore on that list, and moreover the
maintainer of the Mac OS X support in FSF's GDB also works for
AdaCore.
