Is OS X 10.7 an UNIX ?

Hi,

Mac OS X 10.5 and Mac OS X 10.6 for Intel are UNIX 03, according to <http://www.opengroup.org/openbrand/register/xy.htm>.

Will OS X 10.7 be also conform to UNIX 03 ? Or is it not that important for Apple ?
