Hi all
I was testing some data, trying a slight departure from current norms, and came across a bug??? I could use
some help testing a situation for data verification. There are several but l'd like to see if any takers on this one test.
The TZ string is "EST+3EDT+2,M10.1.0/00:00:00,M2.3.0/00:00:00". The time to test is time_t = 1. I come up with
tm_isdst = 1 and a gmtoffset of -7200. I think from the Mac I get tm_isdst = 0 and offset of -10800. I mess with the code
so much that I would appreciate an outside look. I believe its "nih" code the Mac is using.?
Thanks in advance, and for looking at this mail.
Steve
