Thank you. I would discuss this problem on cocoa-dev list. There are applications (eg. dropbox etc) which are able to add items in finder contextual menu, not service. It means there is some way to do it.

You have to write a service; Finder CM plugin support was killed in favor of services in Snow Leopard. And the cocoa-dev list is a better place to inquire about writing services.
