Not without re-formatting.
Or boot into single-user, use pdisk to change the partition type, then use
newfs o create a new UFS filesystem in the partition. The contents of the
partition will be lost when you do that. Be certain the partition is the
right one; once you run newfs on a partition, there's no going back.
