it seems to be a problem only with Darwin 6.4, I compiled Darwin 6.3 from
cvs and I didn't have the problem with the loopback device when I use the
6.3 kernel. The sources for 6.4 doesn't seem to have made it to the cvs yet.
I haven't heard anyone else having the same problem, something weird
happening with my machine perhaps ?? Is it possible to get the 6.4 sources
from cvs ? I'd be grateful If anyone can point out how to.
