This call works, however to make it work you *must* use the network volume
flag reguardless of wether its local or not as this function is ONLY
designed to deal w/network volumes.
The things you lose by doing this for a local volume is being able to
rename it from the Finder and I think there are 1 or 2 other subtle things
that I can't recall right now. DiskArb in 10.2 is definatly lacking for
people doing non-media based file systems. No clue if its improved or how
its changed in 10.3.
