Quite possibly. Most of the built-in file systems now support

Brian, have you seen any problems with your ext2 stuff?
Nope. The only thing I'm seeing is that Carbon file manager doesn't
query getattrlist() for a directory count even though ext2 reports that
it supports that attribute. I'm guessing there is a check for HFS+ only
somewhere. This is not a big deal, and everything else seems to work
fine.
Prosoft's Netware NCP filesystem is working fine too.
Neither of these implement VOLFS, but both have implemented
getattrlist() from the beginning.
Of course, both also return the correct dentry dtype from a readdir()
call. DT_UNKNOWN is never returned. When I first read this thread it
sounded like that was the problem, but now that Sam has fixed that, I
don't know what could be going on.
