I wasn't sure if I could do that and I didn't want to muck with things
until I talked with someone but that worked thanks a lot.

I'll jump over to the 'Xcode' list, because I have other questions but
thanks again Justin, I'm up and compiling again.

The compiler is gcc/g++, and this is a good list for questions about
compiler problems (perhaps darwin-dev is better).

Xcode is an IDE.  Check <http://lists.apple.com> for the exact list
name.  There's a link to a list of hosted lists.

The xcode list is a good place for this question; have you tried just
deleting the file (or moving it aside)?
