Is there documentation somewhere describing the difference between an "iocount" reference and a "usecount" reference, and when vnode_get/vnode_put should be used vs vnode_ref/vnode_rele?
The situation is somewhat confusing since the names of the functions vnode_get, vnode_ref, vnode_put, and vnode_rele are similar to the names of the classic bsd functions vget, vref, vput, and vrele even though the relationship between put and rele does not appear to be the same.
