any plans for making a kpi version of net_add_domain and

There are no plans at this time for net_add_domain and net_add_proto.
We are interested in hearing about what you might need such
functionality for.
lets say that i needed to provide a new protocol family for something
like ATM?
Although I would think the ability to add domains and protocol handlers
is important, I don't understand how that affects "something like ATM".
(Something like) ATM is media, right? Wouldn't you want support for a
new device family?
