Garth, i know the touch trick, because rc script will generate again the cache if date is not the same, but in my case, i have a locked volume so i can't follow this procedure..
Kevin, you point the right thing. The TMPDIR variable is not set properly, and your example is OK, no error anymore creating the cache...
Now i have an other problem, "hdik: attach failed". I think it's a problem with the kernel, but i'm not sure. If you can give me a clue... This occurs while booting when rc scripts try to create RAM disks for several System's directories, like /Volumes for example.
