MACHINE_THREAD_STATE broken on x86?

It appears that the value for MACHINE_THREAD_STATE has changed in the 10.4u SDK headers that ship with XCode 2.4. The new value seems to break code compiled against the new SDK when running under x86 (ppc seems unaffected). Does anybody know if this breakage was intentional, and if so, what I should do to fix it?
