If you can suggest a specific example of which macro you'd like to dump which field, I can do the work and post it as an example.

No. If you look at the Mac OS X source you'll see some vestigial remnants of this concept, but it's never been used in anger on Mac OS X and it's definitely /not/ the cause of your debugging problems.
