This is a bit silly, but I thought I'd ask in case someone cared?
In "Kernel Extension Concepts", it suggests a name of the form:
<dns.domain>.kext.<name> for example ca.uoguelph.kext.newnfs
but all the directory names in /System/Library/Extensions end in .kext.
Is it normal to have ca.uoguelph.kext.newnfs in the Kext bundle, but
call the top level directory something like ca.uoguelph.newnfs.kext?
