I thought of putting my Kext in /Library, but didn't for a couple of
reasons:
1 - There is no /Library/Extensions folder (at least in Tiger).
2 - In "Kernel Extension Concepts" pg. 70, it states:
When your KEXT is installed, it will be installed into the
Extensions folder, at /System/Library/Extensions under Mac OS X.
What is interesting is that they don't seem to have a naming convention
for the Kext folder (see my other post).
