This information is not available via the KPI.  If you need this for non-production reasons (debugging?), you could probably hack up a solution that would work (but wouldn't have any hope of binary compatibility with future systems).  OTOH, if you need a solution that you intend to ship to end users, you will have to push the work out to user space.
