Is vmmap still around? The man page is on my system but I can't

FWIW, I have /usr/bin/vmmap on both PowerPC and Intel (10.4.8).
When I was looking into vm_region, I came across <http://
developer.apple.com/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man1/
vmmap.1.html> but I have neither the binary nor the man page on my G5
(10.4.8).
