I believe Mac-On-Linux can do Mac-On-Mac virtualization.  But I think
you'll have to build from source.  If you're going to try it, you'll
want to subscribe to their mailing list.

It was originally developed to allow running Mac OS under Linux, but
yes it should allow you to run OS X under OS X.
