Compiling Darwin/x86 on Mac OS X/ppc

Dear All,

How difficult is it to compile an x86 Darwin kernel on a PowerPC based
Mac OS X system (Darwin 8.8.0)? Is it something that is done often and
works "right out of the box," or does it take a lot of tedious setup to do?

Thanks for any help provided.

Regards,

John Criswell
