Hi Chris,

As always, you can find the latest FireWire debugging tools within the FireWire SDK posted at <http://developer.apple.com/sdk>. The latest FireWire SDK is version 25.

In the current SDK, there is an issue with the FireWireKDPProxy when using it on PPC. The next release of the SDK will contain a fix for this issue.

The FireWireKDP readme is helpful for getting remote FireWire debugging working. Once the SDK is installed, it is located at:
"/Developer/FireWireSDK25/Tools/FireWireKDP 1.3.9/FireWireKDP ReadMe.rtf"

I'm trying to set up firewire debugging between my pro desktop and a mini. I've read some useful help on the mailing lists. Unfortunately, I've just discovered that my AppleFireWireKDP.kext is dated July 25, and list chatter talks about a version newer than late September. Can I get a newer one somewhere? And there was a hint to read the read me: There are about 7 Readme files in this tree.

Thanks in advance, Chris
