Then create one.  Use the Xcode gui to find the correct compile
options for the sort of kext you are developing, and then create a
makefile based on that.  When upgrading Xcode, and/or major OS
versions, it is generally a good idea to re-check that your compiler
and linker flags are correct.  I sometimes (well, almost always)
forget to do this.
