Minor note: I filed a bug for the 10.6.2 stock DEBUG kernel where it
would crash if I scp'd something to the machine that was running it
(this was without my kext being loaded at all). I tried tracking down
the problem, but it was a VM-system related assertion that doesn't
normally get compiled in and I couldn't really figure out the root
problem.
My only point was that, hey, sometimes those DEBUG kernels have issues.
