It seems that AFP is the default NAS protocol in MacOSX, rather than
NFS. And I also think NFS implementation in XNU kernel is too old and
related bugs can't be fixed ASAP. But I also want to know why
NFSv4(4.0/4.1, pNFS included) is not supported on MacOSX.
