I’ve noticed the posting of the source can lag a release for some time.  If you simply need data structures from the kernel, you can always pull them from the symbols in the kernel debug kit using either gdb or lldb.

is there any expected, speculative, wild guess date when the kernel sources of 10.11 will be available on opensource.apple.com?
We need them to rebuild our kext so our customers can upgrade to El Capitan
