Yes, we're experiencing a signature failure as well for a driver that was properly signed for 10.11. I did a quick check of the WWDC material to see whether there is anything new related to driver signing but couldn't find anything.

Has anybody experienced signature problem on this beta version, for kext that has valid signature in prior version, like 10.11.
$ kextutil The.kext
Code Signing Failure: code signature is invalid
Untrusted kexts are not allowed
ERROR: invalid signature for com.xxx.yyy.zzz, will not load
