ALCON,
I am looking for an individual who can do light Macintosh development and knows their way around a Macintosh web server, preferably WebSTAR.
Requirements include:
- Need Mac OS X expertise, would like Mac OS X Server expertise. In general, the person should own a Mac at home running Mac OS X.
- Would like WebSTAR experience and a history of running WebSTAR on either/both Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X.
- Need AppleScript experience, would like C experience, would be thrilled to get Objective C background.
- Need FileMaker Pro experience, would like WebObjects & Java experience, would like PHP/MySQL background (preference to WebObjects).
- Individual should also be an excellent communicator as they will produce AARs and likely assist in giving symposium session presentations to rooms of people. UNIX experience is not necessary but useful.
- We measure twice and cut once on he Army Homepage team. An attention to detail and accuracy is required. We have little room for error as we are under constant scrutiny as we rank consistently the top 1% of domains world wide.
- This is a permanent position. Relocation is possible. Must be capable of obtaining or have a security clearance although working with any classified data will be unlikely.
This informal job ad is intended
only for the Apple Federal list. Please do not forward this to other mailing lists or recruiters, but do feel free to provide this information to any interested parties.
Very Respectfully,
Wm. Cerniuk
