Does anyone know where the Common Access Card Viewer is on the Install

This may be overly obvious, but we all overlook things like this from
time to time, but did you try to use the search box in the finder
window?
You could also use the Terminal and cd to the DVD's top directory and
run:
find . -name CommonAccessCard.pkg
This will likely take a few minutes to run (even on a dual 1.8
G5...it's a disk speed thing), but if it exists under that name, it
will show you.
