Has anyone heard of the Joint mission planning software PFPS (Portable
Flight Planning Software), sometimes better known by the name of it's most
used application: FalconView?
Is so, does any one know of any efforts of the DOD or Georgia Tech to
develop this for other operating systems? I had heard around 2001 that
there was work going in to developing this mapping software and excellent
C.O.P. Toolset for the Palm OS, for handheld applications. I would hope that
someone can justify (or help me justify) initiating a push for development
of this fine program on the Mac OSX.
As I would bet that many on this list do not know or care about FalconView,
if you see this and DO know or care about it, please respond to me out of
forum. Thanks in advance...
Joel
