Thanks for the detailed response Dalton. How do I check the firmware version of my card reader? I suspect I am likely going to need your patch file.

It has been a while since I flashed my reader so I'm not sure if, during the process, it tells you what version firmware the reader has before it updates firmware.

Multiple people have asked for the firmware update and I have therefore placed it in my iDisk public folder.
To access this software, do the following:


From the Finder, click on Go->iDisk->Other User's Public Folder...
This will prompt you for a Member Name. Enter dalton_hamilton and my public disk will mount to your desktop. From there, you'll be able to find the firmware update. Once unzipped, you'll need a windows system to upgrade the reader.
