If you have the capability (Entrust permissions), you can export your
private certificate into a standards-based PKCS#12-format file. This can
then be imported into your Keychain. Entourage is good about using the
Keychain for certificates (and doing directory lookups for them).
If some of your communicants send you .ent files (pre-encrypted Entrust
attachments), they'll show up as attachments which you can double-click to
get Entrust to decrypt. You'll have to manually view them, as Entrust
doesn't give you the ability to open decrypted files in another application.
It works most of the time. I have run across a small number of messages
that I could not read without using a supported Entrust platform (in our
case, Eudora w/ Entrust plugin). Its frequently sender-specific. Tricky
debugging.
