This doesn't apply to his scenario. CAC-enabled OWA uses Kerberos
delegation *internally* (between the front-end and back-end OWA
servers), not via SPNEGO with the client.
I've not had a chance to test against CAC-enabled OWA yet (a.k.a. COA2).
My AFB is still on freakin' Exchange 5.5.
