Nothing concrete since I can't currently put my finger on when but I
remember Apple stating support for PowerPC will remain in 10.5. Besides that
forcing hardware upgrades to Intel Macs to run the first release of the OS
since the transition to Intel Macs began isn't what I would consider a good
business decision.
