Title: MS Outlook Calendars and Macs
I am a Mac user but have started using the calendar feature in MS Outlook on a PC to schedule meetings. When scheduling a meeting in Outlook I notice on the “Scheduling” Tab when I type in the attendees name I can see their calendar and it will show me when the are available for a meeting. I am not seeing our Mac users calendar who are either are using iCal or Entourage on the Macs. I use entourage on my Mac and have noticed that when I receive an invitation to a meeting if I accept then it will put the event in my Entourage calendar.
Is there anything we can we do so that Outlook users can see our calendars when they are trying to schedule meetings and invite us?
Publishing the calendar on a .mac account is not an option.
