There are a number of problems with entourage and the exchange group
calendar. Our Apple team does what Bob describes below, specifically we do
most of our calendar work either from a PC or from the webmail interface to
exchange.

The main problem we have with our exchange setup is the fact that we can't
book a resource with a meeting. In outlook on the PC you have 3 different
classes of participants in a meeting: Required, optional and resources.
Entourage doesn't seem to offer these distinctions.

Our conference rooms are all considered resources. When I go to book a
meeting with one of the conference rooms and a number of attendees, I get an
error because I am not reserving the conference room as a resource, and the
conference room is not reserved to me.

Thanks,
Lewis Bean
GTSI Apple Team
