Announced chips typically take 6 month to 12 months to get into a production consumer cpu - once the chip are at near full rate production. I didn't see the announcement but I would see how they phrased 'mass' availability and add 6 months roughly.

Since Intel announced their new chips last week, what's y'all's
opinion on when the mini and iMac will see the new chips (don't care
about the desktops)?
