Typically the scan process is revealing is that some software is responding
to requests at that port.  According to IANA, 206 is used for AppleTalk Zone
Information.  Your request leads to a lot of questions..

1. Are you using the xserve to route IP traffic between multiple ports?
2. Are you using AppleTalk on your network?
3. Have you enabled the firewall features of Mac OS X Server?
