Apple Worldwide Training & Certification is pleased to announce a new
training course designed specifically for Windows administrators -
MacOS 105: Intro to Supporting Mac OS X for Windows Administrators
If you are a system administrator or IT professional coming from a
Windows environment and would like to gain the expertise to support
Mac OS X, this course is for you! This three-day course relates Mac
OS X support tasks to those activities commonly performed on Windows
systems.
The first half of the first day provides an introduction to the Mac
OS interface to familiarize students with basic Mac OS X features.
You will also gain experience in performing ongoing maintenance,
monitoring and troubleshooting of Mac OS X.
Classes begin later this summer but you can plan ahead and purchase
Apple Training Units (http://train.apple.com/units). You will be able
to register for this course by redeeming 3 Apple Training Units, or
we can bring the training to your location and conduct a group Onsite
course for 36 Training Units.
