Can anyone on here from Apple get me in contact with someone from the
"State and Local" government team?

We've rolling out Mac stuff to a local government (not federal) and
after many attempts to get ahold of them through the phone, I get no
response.

We want to purchase directly from Apple instead of a reseller as we
are running into constant issues with resellers not having the
products available that we need, whereas apple seem to ship them right
away.
